George and The fly news!

George and the Fly has been accepted into Worldkids Foundations’ program called Lesson’s in the Dark. The film will be screened in schools all over India to help kids learn about film and be exposed to other cultures. Here is some more information on WorldKids Foundation, “Lessons in the Dark”:

“As part of our endeavor to impart value based education through quality cinema, the WorldKids Foundation has recently initiated a school program called ‘Lessons in the Dark.’ Through this educational-entertainment program, we take meaningful international cinema straight into the classrooms. Post screening, we conduct interactive sessions and assignments with students on on the ideas and concepts expressed in the films.”

George and the Fly is a short film written and directed by Tori White. It stars Sadie Salazar as the adorable and unfortunate, George.
